I know of no other author, writer, newscaster or any other person in this type of business who writes morning noon and night, so intelligently so profusely so profoundly so personally and so “in depth” about real estate than Brad Thomas ( THE Authority on REIT’s)
I remember when I first started buying DLR, everyone but Brad was bad mouthing it and saying that $70 and even $60 was just too much to pay for it. But Brad made the better case, and I bought it, and kept buying it. Its paid me increasing dividends and tons of capital gains.
thanks for the info as usual from my favorite author. thanks for your hard work and excellent advice
One word: excellent!
Brad your stories, I’m sorry, I mean articles on investing strategies are so enjoyable because of the way you draw readers in. If you don’t make it with the investing theme you would do great as a story teller. Thank you for making investing interested to the general public.
